I am fairly certain I have TMJ. My jaw constantly locks up, I get frequent headaches and shoulder pains and a few other symptoms. Should I talk to my doctor about this? Or my Dentist? I am seeing my Dentist soon anyway.

A good dentist knows more about TMJ than most physicians. The dentist can then prescribe an appliance or refer you to an MD or therapist that can help.
Most definitely a dentist, as a physician will refer you to one if you go to them. You should hurry, because if you get your wish for Obama in 08 then you will probably only be able to see a nurse practitioner or PA and the wait could be endless.
if you are seeing your dentist anyways, just talk to him/her and see if they can refer you to a physical therapist or if they have any other suggestions for you …
You need to talk to a dentist who will be able to refer to to a tmj specialist.
DEntist who treats TMJ dysfunction. I got treated with a splint years ago and im totally free of the shoulder pain and stiff neck. I wore it for 6 months.
Goodluck.
